If you purchased your OttLite 13-Watt lamp after 2008, and there is an 'E' marked on your tube or box, then you require the electronic ballast replacement (this one). On the other hand, if you purchased your lamp before 2008, you need the older tube with a magnetic ballast (Type A).

This OttLite 13-Watt Replacement Tube with Electronic Ballast Type E is specifically designed for OttLite lamps purchased AFTER 2008. If your lamp was acquired prior to 2008, you will need the older tube with a magnetic ballast (Type A). The package includes 1 bulb.

To confirm this is the correct bulb for your needs, examine your current bulb and check if the model number T1333E, Z17113, 7T13CH-CE, B413SP, 7T13CH-SE, T59J33, ZRS113-CA, T13WLE, or PL13-E is marked at the base. This replacement tube is approximately 7 inches long. Measure your lamp shade and/or the bulb you're replacing to ensure the length matches. If it's longer than 7 inches, you will require a different bulb.
